It’s All About Recognition …
ByBaby’s cry for it and men die for it … it’s all about recognition. What are you doing to recognize the efforts of your team? We build voluntary armies of promoters and if you fail to recognize your partners for the stars that they are, you might just lose them.
Top ways to recognize your teams production:
- A simple call of appreciation from you.
- 3 way call with your upline leaders
- 3 way call with a corporate individual
- Leverage your companies promotions and incentive programs.
- Take people out for dinner / drinks or whatever.
- Spend some quality time with your producers.
- Buy them something. (My enroller just bought me a wicked movado watch!)
Take the time to recognize your leaders and the newest person who is excited for obtaining their first customer and/or check 
Be appreciative that they are here with you and that you’re building a legacy together.

I saw this yesterday and can’t believe it took me so long to say this, but I LOVE this post. SO true and I wish more people, in every aspect of life really, followed this motto. The generic thank you’s and “you’re doing a great job” that are played out all too frequently, are arguably better than no recognition at all, but they sure do not compare to a genuine, heart felt, and sincere thank you. I will book mark this one for sure.
