Kinds of people
Posted by: | CommentsSome people want to do things because they are interesting.
Some people want to do things because they work.
Some people want to do things because everyone else is doing them.
And some people are satisfied/scared/shy/lazy and don’t do anything.
Think about blogging or buying a new pair of shoes or voting for a candidate or picking one career over another. Different people have very different agendas. The key in understanding someone’s actions is understanding their agenda.
That salesperson who does everything by the book is not interested in the thrill of discovery. That retired steel worker that is hesitating to vote for your candidate is wondering what everyone else is going to do. And that unpredictable blogger keeps changing the rules because the rules bore him.

Network Marketing: How To Get Results…
Posted by: | CommentsWere all looking for results in network marketing, we join we start and most quit due to lack of focus, drive and commitment. The reason for this is because most people don’t understand what needs to be done. They don’t understand what they need todo!
Feel like you?
Let me say, there is one thing, and one thing alone that will bring you results in network marketing.
Commitment.
No NO NO, not that cheesy commitment that your upline tells you that you MUST HAVE so that you continue to stay in the business, on autoship and continue to contribute to their paycheck while you chase a pipe dream you’ll never find using a broke down system built in 1842.
I’m talking about commitment to the process. YOUR PROCESS. Commitment to the process that will deliver the end result.
Wayne Gretzky was focused on the process, Mike Jordan was committed to the process, Tiger Woods is committed to the process. Ask yourself, how many golf balls did tiger hit in order to play like he does? How many free throws did Michael take?
The process is training. Train, train train. Understand what you need to be good at in network marketing and practice it until you’re at the top of your game. Whatever you need to do to get good at whatever skill you need to acquire is the process.
If you’re working a process you will get results faster than if you are not.
Get good at the process…
What’s yours? Well I don’t care what deal your working if you’re in network marketing it’s the same for everyone right? However the inter-process may be different but the skeleton is the same.
- We find people to talk to.
- We talk to those people.
- We teach them to do the same.
So what’s your process to find more people? What’s your process to talk to those people? How do you duplicate? However you choose to accomplish those things is your process and what you should be focused on getting GREAT at – not good, GREAT.
- Send people to a capture page
- 3 way calls
- Regular posting on your blog
- Prospecting
- Placing ads
- Article marketing
- Follow-up calls
In Network Marketing and in anything you wish to be great at, find the process to get there. Train on it, practice it. But first find the process that will deliver the end result…
